Ben Reeve BBus (Hon)

As a corporate trainer, facilitator and executive coach Ben's aim is to facilitate individuals and groups to achieve greater professional and personal success. Ben works with individuals and groups, focusing on transforming them into high-performing teams.
Ben's business and corporate experience has been extensive, culminating in being the South Pacific integration manager for HP and a member of the senior leadership team. He was responsible for managing the integration process within Australia for the merger of HP and Compaq Computers in 2002.
Throughout Ben's corporate experience he has been responsible for managing teams of people up to 100 in size, driving budgets and sales revenues, bringing new products to market, facilitating restructures within teams and coordinating cross-functional teams. He has been facilitating workshops and professional development processes within the organisations he has worked with for the past 12 years. He has been a highly sought after guest speaker on the topics of leadership and enhancing team performance.

Although Ben's corporate history has mainly been as a manager and leader of people, he has always been passionate about and committed to facilitating creative and innovative ways of developing the professionalism and performance of members of his team. This focus on professional development has now transformed into Ben's full time occupation.

Ben is the senior corporate trainer within INFORM Training & Research Pty Ltd. He is working with Australian national and global multinational organisations. The focus of his work is leadership development, executive coaching, team development, sales skills development and transforming corporate cultures.
Ben has studied extensively in the area of behavioural science, sales methodologies, leadership processes and management theory. His integrative and comprehensive approach is very practical and highly effective. If it doesn't make sense and it doesn't work then Ben won't present it. Everything Ben presents and works with must have real and measurable results and this practical approach, mixed with his quirky sense of humour, makes Ben a delight to work with.
