Karen is a committed and conscientious student of adult learning and corporate education. Although successful as a business woman and corporate facilitator, she is currently furthering her academic career by studying an MBA at Adelaide University.

Karen's range of experience as a trainer and consultant spans industries and professions such as the law, sales, real estate, manufacturing, service industries and heavy industry. As an accredited trainer in the DISC and TMS range of products, front line management and customer service, Karen's special expertise lies in relationship skills transferred through her participative training style.

Karen is passionate about communication, customer service, effective conflict resolution, leadership and team development. Each of the programmes she facilitates is filled with practical and usable tools and skills to directly apply in the workplace.
